National Customer Service Week

Once again, it was a really great pleasure to photograph the people of the Customer Services and Revenues and Benefits teams of Sandwell Council as part of National Customer Services Week. The week is to highlight the great work that goes on in customer contact centres across the country but in this case, in Sandwell. The week  ended with an awards evening to recognise the achievements of people working in that area – voted for by their colleagues, and although a smaller event than last year, was still a great evening.

I’ve had the honour of working with the people in Sandwell over the last 2 and half years – and I’ve got to say that the team in the Contact Centre are great people to work with – so for me, getting great photographs of them receiving recognition for their achievements was a great highlight of the evening.

I’ve attached some of the images from the evening below – and a big thanks to Tom Davies for his work in organising the event – and a big congratulations to all those that received awards and recognition.
