I’ve been taking some time-off recently to try and fight off the towering amounts of paperwork from the business – and it seemed like the perfect opportunity to take a short break for both work and pleasure. I’m planning on doing a a wedding model shoot somewhere in Europe, and where better to start than the beautiful city of Paris!
One of the reasons I’m planning to do a model wedding shoot is that there are some new techniques that I’d like to try out, and I don’t think any of my brides would let me try them on their wedding day! So, it gives me the opportunity to experiment and also get some great photographs for my portfolio. In fact I’ll be starting a new part of the website which will be dedicated to what I’m doing in other areas of photography, like the model and fashion shoots that I’m planning.
So, Paris… where do I start…! Of course there were the standard tourist images I wanted, the Eiffel Tower, The Louvre etc, but I also wanted to put my new camera through it’s paces, which I certainly did! I shot in the dark interior of Notre Dame and Sacre Cour cathedrals with no flash and the images are stunning!
A gallery of some of the photographs can be see below, or alternatively I’ve put together a slideshow which you can view here.
