Travel

John is happy to cover anywhere within a 30 mile radius of Birmingham at no extra charge. However, for distances outside this there may be additional travel or accommodation charges, especially if the venue for the wedding is far enough away to require overnight accommodation.

Insurance

John is covered by full public liability insurance and also carries a full set of spare camera equipment to ensure that should anything technically go wrong, you wont ever know! John uses Canon cameras and a range of professional lens to ensure that the quality of the images is of the highest standards.

Availability of photographs

Generally, we keep your photographs in your online gallery for 4 months after your wedding day. However, should you require them to be available for a longer period of time, that is generally not a problem. Once we have taken your online gallery down, you can still order prints from us as we retain all of the wedding photography in our storage archive for 3 years after your wedding.

Payment Policy

We take a non-refundable deposit of 25% (of the cost of the wedding package) once you have chosen John as your wedding photographer. We then ask that before your wedding day, another 65% is paid. Once we have delivered your album, we will ask that you pay the outstanding 10% amount. We can take payment via cash, cheque, credit card or by prior arrangement bank transfer.
