Packages and Prices
Our photographic coverage starts from £700. All of our packages contain the following:
- Pre-wedding meeting/telephone consultations – to discuss the details of the wedding day as it draws near.
- A pre-wedding/engagement shoot.
- A private viewing of your wedding photographs.
- Your wedding photographs in your own online private gallery so friends and family can also see them.
We offer a range of options for presenting your pictures, which you can add to your package on booking or decide on once you’ve seen your pictures. Choose from:
- A copyright free DVD of the edited high resolution images we have taken.
- One of our beautiful wedding albums (storybook or fine art albums available in a wide range of sizes and finishes).
- Prints.
Tailor made packages: Please contact us for a specific quote based on your particular requirements. If you are not sure exactly what you want we are happy to offer a no obligation consultation where you can view examples of our albums and talk to us about the different options available.
We ask for a deposit of 25% to secure your wedding date and then the remainder to be paid 6 weeks before your wedding date.
Travel
We’re happy to cover anywhere within a 30 mile radius of Birmingham at no extra charge. However, for distances outside this there may be additional travel or accommodation charges.
Insurance
John is covered by full public liability insurance and also carries a full set of spare camera equipment to ensure that should anything technically go wrong, you won’t ever know! John uses Canon cameras and a range of professional lens to ensure that the quality of the images is of the highest standards.
Availability of photographs
Generally, we keep your photographs in your online gallery for 4 months after your wedding day. However, should you require them to be available for a longer period of time, that is generally not a problem. Once we have taken your online gallery down, you can still order prints from us as we retain all of the wedding photography in our storage archive for 3 years after your wedding.
