Packages and Prices

Our photographic coverage starts from £700.  All of our packages contain the following:

• Pre-wedding meeting/telephone consultations – to discuss the details of the wedding day as it draws near. We’ve photographed a lot of weddings so our help and advice in how to make your wedding day go without a hitch is invaluable.
• A pre-wedding shoot –  we love this as we get to find out more about the both of you and what makes you tick (important for making photographic magic on your wedding day).
• A private viewing of your wedding photographs within four weeks of your wedding date.
• Your wedding photographs in your own online private gallery so friends and family can see them.

Option 1

Half day photographic coverage from the bridal preparations until the wedding breakfast/reception – £700

Option 2

Full day photographic coverage – photographs of the whole wedding day from the bridal preparations until the party in the evening – £1000

You then need to decide whether you want an album, a disc of high resolutions images or both!

• Our high resolution disc including all images we have taken that are are resized for printing, emailing and using on Facebook – £500
• One of our beautiful 12″ x 12″ handmade wedding albums – £600. (Other album options available – prices on request)
• Beautiful high-resolution photographs both on a disc and in one of our handmade 12” x 12″ wedding albums £800

We also offer framed prints and additional album upgrades and sizes.

Tailor made: For those that are after something a little bit special or have decided to tie the knot in the middle of the week (Mon-Thurs). Tell us more and we’ll make a bespoke package for you!

We ask for a deposit of 25% to secure your wedding date and then the remainder to be paid 6 weeks before your wedding date.

Travel

We’re happy to cover anywhere within a 30 mile radius of Birmingham at no extra charge. However, for distances outside this there may be additional travel or accommodation charges.

Insurance

John is covered by full public liability insurance and also carries a full set of spare camera equipment to ensure that should anything technically go wrong, you wont ever know! John uses Canon cameras and a range of professional lens to ensure that the quality of the images is of the highest standards.

Availability of photographs

Generally, we keep your photographs in your online gallery for 4 months after your wedding day. However, should you require them to be available for a longer period of time, that is generally not a problem. Once we have taken your online gallery down, you can still order prints from us as we retain all of the wedding photography in our storage archive for 3 years after your wedding.
