Our Referral Programme
The last year has seen our business take off thanks to our friends and family – and our clients. Many of our clients find us by word of mouth and we would like to reward you for your loyalty and support. Why should we pay for advertising space when we would much rather reward our customers and friends!
We have introduced a referral programme where we will pay you up to £40 for every confirmed booking we receive from your recommendation amd the person you refer will get a 10% discount if they buy additional prints amounting to £75 or more!
So how does it work?
You recommend our services to friends, family or colleges, and once they have booked and paid for the shoot, you earn a referral fee and they get 10% off additional prints.
To take part, you must be an individual aged 18 or over and a UK resident. Our clients and friends are automatically eligible. Commercial companies do not qualify for payments under the referral programme.
How much do we pay for each referral?
We pay 3 different rates based on the type of photography service the person you refer wants. Here is how much we pay you for each unique referral you give us:
£15 = Portraits
£30 = Events – e.g. Birthdays, Private parties, Functions
£50 = Weddings
We will double the fee if the client spends at least £500 on additional prints or products (excluding creation fee)
The referral fee applies to per completed shoot only, so if you send 4 people for a portrait session, you get £15.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can send, but they must be NEW clients – we do not pay a commission for repeat customers and unfortunately, we cannot pay any commission for cancelled shoots. If the client doesn’t mention your name, then unfortunately you will not receive the referral credited to you.

Once we receive your name, contact details and the details of the person you are referring we will create a file in your name with all the referrals and earnings recorded on it. We will contact you by email once your earnings reach £100 and you just need to tell us how you’d like the money, and where to send it. We can pay by cheque, eBanking or if you are local, you can come and collect cash in person and to keep it simple and efficient, we pay out every time your referral earnings reach a minimum of £100. Instead of receiving cash, you can spend your money on a photoshoot – or if your already one of our clients, you can pay for your photos.
We reserve the right to change the commission rates and terms at any time.
