Our style with your Wedding at Birmingham based John Charlton Photography

Your wedding is your special story. As wedding photographers, Birmingham based John Charlton Photography’s aim is to capture your day and story in the way that you’ll want to remember it, from the start to the end. Our style is a combination of formal AND informal photography. We offer both wedding photo’s that capture the magic of the day, the beauty of the people and the excitement of the event using a variety of different styles. Planning, organising and enjoying the special day does not happen instantly and our role is to capture the moments that you’ll remember and also the ones that you might have missed. We look for the small details that make your day unique and special. Once the wedding cake is eaten and the day is over, the wedding photographs will form a key tool in remembering your day for years to come (especially after one to many glasses of champagne!)[SinglePic not found]

For this reason there are always a selection of photographs that show the place, the flowers, the preparations, the waiters, the champagne, and any of the other trappings that took so long to put into place (Should you want to remember the whole experience…). We also understand that you may still be looking to finalise some of these arrangements. (This is why we have a listing of recommended companies that deal in other area’s of your wedding.)

Our aim is to strike a balance between formal photography and informal reportage style photography. Most Brides and Grooms want relaxed photographs of the day, but still want photographs of their families and friends in slightly more formal photographs. We believe that a balance of both is essential for a wedding album that you enjoy looking at, hopefully bringing the excitement and emotion of the day back time and time again.
