It seems awhile ago now, but 4 weeks ago I had the pleasure of photographing Claire and Tom’s wedding at St.Edwards in Selly Park. We started the day with Claire and her bridesmaids getting ready where I got some fantastic photographs of everyone – before moving onto St.Edwards church to photograph Tom and his best men and ushers.

It was great that the weather held out – as rain had been forecast. As it was, it was a beautiful winters day with some gorgeous sunshine. Afterwards, the couple headed over to the West Mead hotel for their wedding reception where we got more great photographs of Claire and Tom enjoying their wedding. What made the whole day more special for me was that the wedding was at my old parish church – and both Claire and Tom had been to my old school – so it made the wedding more personal for me. This was also the first wedding of the year for me and so was a great way to start the wedding season!
