I was blown away today when I saw one of my photographs used as artwork for the new album by Captain Horizon, an unsigned Birmingham band. It was so good to see an image I’d taken being used in a completely different way to how the original is! As regular readers and friends know, the original image is a limited edition print of which only 5, 16×20 prints were made – so it was really exciting to see the image being used for their album cover. Radiostatis gets released on the 15th April and the band are busy updating the track listing on their website as I type – so head on over to their website to have a look and find out a bit more about them!

This is one of things that I love about my work is that it sometimes ends up being used in different ways which bring a whole new dimension to the image! I’m really looking forward to working with Captain Horizon on a video project in a couple of weekends time, should be a great gig and we’ll get some great footage!
